Full Time Front Office Manager of Established Perio Practice located in the Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville, FL

Job Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. This role includes managing administrative/front office staff, coordinating office procedures, and handling various office tasks to support our office’s goals.  

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily office operations and maintain a safe and productive workspace.

-Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

-Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.

-Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare necessary documentation.

-Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing training and performance feedback.

-Assist in preparing and managing the office budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective practices.

-Handle or oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

-Facilitate communication between our offices and referring offices to ensure smooth operations.

-Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

-Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

-Implement and oversee health and safety protocols in the office.

-Address any maintenance or facility issues in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred not required).
  • Experience with Denticon software and periodontics (preferred not required).
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role in a dental or medical office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles (preferred) as well as an understanding of Dental insurance reimbursement and filing.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
