Job Title: Regional Operations Manager – 4 Practice Locations/ Dental Group Private Practice
Position Overview:
The Regional Operations Manager is a dynamic leadership role responsible for supporting the Executive Director by overseeing day-to-day operational, human resources, and performance management functions across four general dentistry practice locations in Coastal Georgia. This position provides strategic leadership and direct oversight to 30–40 employees, supporting department and practice-level managers, and facilitating organizational excellence through consistent execution of HR policies, provider logistics, marketing initiatives, and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Leadership
- Lead all aspects of HR management: recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, employee relations, disciplinary actions, benefits coordination, and terminations
- Maintain and oversee accurate HR documentation for all employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development planning
- Supervise weekly timecard reviews, timesheet audits, and ensure accurate payroll entry and approval
Operational and Team Leadership
- Support and coach practice-level managers and team leaders to uphold company values and achieve performance excellence
- Serve as an accountability partner to leaders and employees, aligning daily operations with practice-level and company-wide goals
- Facilitate quarterly and annual company meetings and trainings, ensuring consistency in communication and staff development
- Manage logistics for provider schedules (8 dentists and 8 hygienists), ensuring operatory coverage and optimal support staffing
Marketing and Brand Engagement
- Oversee marketing strategy execution for all practice locations, including internal campaigns, community events, online reputation, website updates, and social media presence
- Collaborate with marketing vendors or in-house staff to maintain an engaging and professional brand identity
Strategic Planning & Metrics Oversight
- Monitor and report on KPIs and practice performance metrics to guide leadership decision-making
- Participate in executive leadership meetings, providing insights and action plans to support continuous improvement
- Assist in goal setting and ensure alignment of departmental and practice efforts with the organization’s strategic vision
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, human resources, or related field required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare or dental practice operations
- Proficient in HR best practices, payroll platforms, and scheduling systems (experience with CareStack a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and drive accountability
- Strategic thinker with hands-on operational execution capability
Work Environment:
- Primarily based in-office, with regular travel between four dental practice locations
- Practice locations are located in: Savannah GA (31405 & 31419), Richmond Hill GA (31324), and Jesup GA (31545)
- Flexible schedule may be required to accommodate provider logistics, meetings, and training facilitation
- Practice locations are open two Saturdays monthly

Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus System for Regional Leadership
