💼 Position: Full-Time Practice Advocate / Office Manager
📍 Location: Three Sixty Dentistry
💰 Salary: $60,000-$70,000 year (paid bi-monthly)
📆 Start Date: Ideally before August 5, 2024 (however we're flexible)
🛫 Time Off: 2 weeks vacation (unpaid) + estimated 2 weeks holiday breaks (unpaid) (can use 5 sick paid days off during time off if desired)
You're not just organized — you're orchestrated. You thrive in environments where you wear multiple hats: leader, listener, strategist, and culture-carrier. You’re not afraid to jump into the deep end of HR, compliance, KPIs, team coaching, and financial tracking — because you love creating order, consistency, and positive energy.
Owning the patient flow and making teamwork seamless
Managing employee records via CEDR
Conducting 1:1 check-ins with team members every 6 months
HR whisperer: interviewing, hiring, and documenting key conversations
Encouraging and overseeing hygiene department is producing 33% of pay
Keeping us OSHA + HIPAA compliant (because safety is sexy)
Tracking licenses, certs, and clinical notes
Managing schedules, holidays, and breaks (Christmas, Labor Day, 4th of July, etc.)
Reviewing daily collections & sending reports to bookkeeper
Coordinating monthly meetings with team leads & leadership
Using Dental Intelligence + KPIs to turn data into action
Managing compensation bonuses and payroll nuances
Making sure our hygienists and team are happy, fulfilled and are crushing it
Maintaining active AADOM participation
Running mid-year meetings and reactivation systems
Communicating clearly with Dr. Brian (he’s awesome)
Overseeing commuincations with our 401K company, and eventually, health insurance
Conducting internal audits
Communicating with bookkeeper (who is offsite) with Paying office bills, creating and tracking monthly overhead, and managing ledgers
Being the calm in the storm and ability to have FUN AND LAUGH WITH THE TEAM yet set boundaries for professionalism
