This is a key role in our office — the right candidate will help patients understand their treatment, maximize their insurance benefits, and create a positive experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility accurately
• Present and explain treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
• Manage patient scheduling efficiently and keep the schedule productive
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle patient billing questions professionally
• Maintain accurate patient records in practice management software
• Help create a positive, team-oriented office environment

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in dental front office (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
• Strong with **insurance verification, billing, and claim follow
