Dental Practice Growth Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead Practice Growth: Take the reins on driving clinic success and expanding our patient base (bonus incentives tied directly to our growth!).
• Front Office Mastery: Manage scheduling (Dentrix/Eaglesoft), handle multi-line phones, greet patients, and maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
• Insurance, Collection, & Billing: Verify dental insurance, process claims, and handle accurate dental coding and billing.
• Clinical Support: Step into the back office to assist the doctor as needed.
• Patient Care: Assist with intake, explain treatment plans clearly, and ensure strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For

• Dental Office Experience: Proven experience in a dental office environment is required. Prior clinical dental experience is a plus!
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in with dental EHR software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.) and Microsoft Office, very proficient with computer skills.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills (bilingual skills are a plus).
• Detail-Oriented Multitasker: Ability to balance front-desk administration with clinical assisting seamlessly.
