Dental Office Practice Manager

Midwest Family Dentistry of Schoenaich, Germany is looking for a Practice Manager to join our team. We are seeking a leader who is dependable, polished, and an enthusiastic team player who prioritizes patient care. Relocation to Germany is required. Office schedule is Mon/Tues 08:00 to 17:00, Wed and Thurs 08:00 to 16:00 and Fridays 08:30 to 13:00. Salary is negotiable starting out at €60.000 for a 5-day work week depending on experience, qualifications, and language skills. 25+ paid vacation days a year. Must have a least 2 years of dental management experience. Knowledge of OpenDental software is a plus but not necessary. Must be able to manage employee schedules, understand insurance billing and ledgers, be able to mediate patient concerns, and coach team members. If this describes you, we would love to hear from you!
