WHO WE ARE
Passive Income Dentist is an online education and coaching company helping dentist business owners build practices that don't depend on them being in the chair, through programs, a membership community, and hands-on implementation coaching. Our founder, Dr. Mark Hower, built his own dental practice past eight figures and stepped fully out of day-to-day operations, and our Mastermind program now teaches other dental business owners to do the same.
We exist to help dentists build the business systems and mindset that let them live a deeper connection to their life's purpose.

OUR CORE VALUES ARE:
We are looking for someone who genuinely connects with our mission and values, because that alignment is essential to thriving in this role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Passive Income Dentist team is looking for an experienced Implementation Partner (Dental Operations Coach) with direct experience managing large dental practices or DSOs. Our members' success isn't about information; it depends on implementation, and the Implementation Partner is the person who makes that happen.
You'll work 1:1 with a group of assigned Mastermind Members to help them turn what they learn in the program into real, measurable change in their practice, building alignment on their team and real traction toward their goals.
Retention in this program tracks closely to the quality of the Implementation Partner relationship, so unlike a lot of coaching roles, your day-to-day work has a direct, visible line to whether the business grows.
This role is contract, part-time or full-time depending on assigned workload and your own availability, 1099 with potential to become W2.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE
You'll be the main point of contact for assigned doctors after they're onboarded into the community, working closely with Dr. Hower to stay aligned on the systems being taught.
The role sits at the intersection of three functions: accountability (every call ends with clear action items, and you follow up on the last ones), emotional support, and strategy (prioritization, leadership, and rolling out systems).
Because retention tracks so closely to this relationship, it's one of the few coaching roles where your day-to-day work has a direct, visible line to business growth, not just member satisfaction.
